About Steph

I’ve always been a sensitive person. By that, I mean energetically aware, the kind of thing we’re not taught or spoken about.

Growing up, I was very highly perceptive of people, energy, and what was going on underneath situations. I didn’t have language for it at the time, so it often came out as anxiety, frustration, or feeling unsettled in myself.

Losing my mum at a young age changed everything for me, and it’s a big part of who I am today.

The way grief was spoken about and handled didn’t resonate with me. It felt surface level, and I knew there was more going on that I needed to understand.

When I began studying kinesiology and working with energy, and it became clear how much we hold in the body, emotionally and energetically. Not just experiences themselves, but how they’ve been processed or avoided.

Working through that in my own life had a significant impact on how I experience life, myself and others.

My health improved, my emotional responses settled, and I had a much clearer understanding of why I was feeling the way I was.

That’s exactly what shaped how I work now.

My work is intuitive, but it’s also grounded. I tune into what’s sitting deeper within, your patterns, emotional responses, physical stressors, and what may be held within your body and energy system, and help you make sense of it in a practical, clear way.

Mediumship is part of how I work, and it’s always come naturally to me. It also helped me make sense of things in a way that more conventional support didn’t at the time, which is why it’s such a big part of what I do now.

I genuinely love this work. I’m passionate about creating space for people to understand themselves on a deeper level and begin to see themselves and their lives in a different light.
