Due to the nature of this work, all sessions are non-refundable.

When you book a session, you are reserving dedicated time and energy. Once a session has taken place, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including a change of mind or dissatisfaction.

If you are unable to attend your session, you are welcome to reschedule in line with the cancellation policy.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
