Booking & Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to your session to secure your booking.

Please send through proof of payment before your session. If payment has not been received, the session will not go ahead.

You are welcome to make payment up to 24 hours before your appointment, there is no need to pay weeks in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment may incur the full session fee.
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling is always welcome, I understand life happens. Please send me a quick text if you need to move your session.

All bookings operate on Melbourne (Victoria) time, so please double-check your time zone if you are interstate or overseas.

Why This Policy Exists

As a small business, last-minute cancellations mean I lose the opportunity to offer that time to someone else.

These policies allow me to honour my time, keep my work sustainable, and continue showing up fully for my clients.

I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or claim to cure illness, injury, or disease. These sessions are intended to support self-awareness, insight, and personal wellbeing.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or professional advice where needed.
